Brittany Mahomes has been forging a friendship with Travis Kelce’s rumored new love, Taylor Swift, but it appears to be costing her relationship with another friend.

Fans noticed Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, had unfollowed Brittany, 28, on Instagram.

Brittany wasn’t the only one to have been unfollowed by Kayla. Kayla also unfollowed Brittany’s Kansas City Chiefs quarterback husband, Patrick Mahomes, and his brother Jackson Mahomes.

However, all three still follow Kayla’s account.

Kayla, a sports broadcaster and fashion model, dated Travis on-off from 2017 to 2022. She and Travis were even members of Patrick and Brittany’s wedding party.

It’s uncertain when exactly Kayla hit the unfollow button, but Brittany has been seen hanging out with Taylor several times as of late.

She was seen watching the Kansas City Chiefs vs. New York Jets game on Sunday with Taylor and her celebrity entourage.

Brittany was among a number of celebs watching the game with Taylor in her suite. Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and Sophie Turner all watched the game in the suite with Taylor as well.

Brittany dressed up for the game and sported a black leather top as well as vibrant red leather pants – one of the team’s colors.

The blonde beauty was seen standing next to the Bad Blood hitmaker during portions of the nail-biting game, and the pair had the chance to catch up.

At one point, Taylor was spotted talking to the mother of two, who then responded with a big laugh as they had a blast together while cheering on the Chiefs

The beauty later jumped to Instagram and shared two stylish snaps of herself posing on the field at MetLife after the Kansas City-based team scored a win against the New York Jets.

In the caption of the carousel of photos, Mahomes simply posted to her 1.4 million fans and followers, ‘NYC.’

Earlier on Saturday, Brittany was also seen enjoying a girls’ night with Swift and other A-list pals, including Blake Lively and Sophie Turner.

The group enjoyed a scrumptious meal at the Soho eatery Emilio’s Ballato ahead of the big game.

Brittany’s outing with Swift this weekend comes shortly after a source told TMZ earlier this week that she ‘hit it off’ with the Karma singer during the post-game party after the Chiefs vs. Bears game in Kansas City.

After the Chiefs beat the Bears last Sunday, Brittany joined team members for a special dinner in celebration.

Sources informed the outlet that both Taylor and Brittany ‘chatted a ton at the bash’ and as the night progressed, they also ‘took a shot together.’

The insiders added that the pair had expressed their desire to ‘stay in touch’ after hanging out at the party.
