The waterfront property was built 33 years ago, and it features Juliet balconies, Italian doors that are 8 feet tall, and beautiful tropical flora.

After getting drafted into the NFL, he made the decision to buy the property.

The mansion was featured on the first season of the Netflix show “Designing Miami.”

In addition, the two-story house features five bathrooms, newly built rooms, a putting green, a games area, and an expansive European kitchen that is ideal for hosting gatherings.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the property offered for sale for a price of $2.99 million.

Manuel attended Florida State University, where he was a standout athlete for the program and contributed to the school’s 2013 ACC title victory.

During the 2013 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected him with the sixteenth overall pick.

Manuel agreed to play for Buffalo on a four-year agreement worth $8.9 million total, including a signing bonus of $4.8 million.

During his first season, he didn’t have much success and fought with some ailments that caused him to miss six games.

His time with the Bills was cut short because things never worked out the way they had hoped they would when they drafted him.

Manuel was a member of the Buffalo Bills for five seasons, during which he participated in 30 games and started in 18.

It was in 2017 when he played for the National Football League for the final time. Since then, he has moved into the media and will officially retire in 2019.During his five-year career in the NFL, Manuel threw for 3,767 yards, scored 20 touchdowns, and turned the ball over 16 times. In 2019, he started working as a college football analyst for both ESPN and the ACC Network.
