Rising ATP star Hamad Medjedovic has revealed his Serbian compatriot Novak Djokovic helps him financially and gives him whatever he needs for his career.

The 20-year-old explained that the world No 1 is assisting him “in all types of ways” and expressed his appreciation for the tennis legend being there for him.

Medjedovic had positive results in his past two main draw tournament appearances, firstly winning the title at the Mallorca Challenger in September. He then reached the semi-finals of the ATP 250 tournament in Astana earlier in October, losing to Sebastian Korda in a final set tiebreak.

Medjedovic’s father, Eldiп, discυssed the role Djokovic has played iп his soп’s career iп aп iпterview with Sportal last year.
